We currently deliver across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein and The Netherlands.

A delivery fee will be applied at checkout when you place your first order. Delivery costs 9CHF for a box of 6. Delivery is free when you order 8 or more meals.

We generally require at least one day lead time to pack your order. As soon as your order is processed in our shipping warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and Whatsapp with a link to track your delivery.

The following applies for earliest delivery dates:

• Order Monday - Delivery Wednesday
• Order Tuesday - Delivery Thursday
• Order Wednesday - delivery Friday
• Order Thursday - delivery Saturday
• Order Friday - delivery Tuesday
• Order Saturday - Delivery Tuesday
• Order Sunday - Delivery Tuesday

To view your upcoming deliveries, first log into your account. Once in your account, click on the calendar icon in the top right. Here you will see an overview of all your upcoming deliveries and can reschedule or skip these dates as it suits you.

As soon as your delivery is on its way, you will receive delivery notifications via Whatsapp and email. You can also track your parcel as soon as it is on its way using the portal below. If something unforeseen or problems occur with your delivery, don't hesitate to contact us. We are here to help you.

You can change your delivery date up to 2 days prior. Simply log into your account and select the calendar icon top right, here you can view all upcoming deliveries. To change delivery date, select 'Reschedule'. If you have any further questions or concerns, don't hesitate to contact our customer service team. We are here to help you and make sure your deliveries meet your needs.

The most important thing about delivery is that your products arrive frozen. To guarantee this, we use a combination of active (e.g. refrigerated transport, dry ice or cold packs) and passive (e.g. sustainable insulation of the packaging) cooling, depending on the delivery location.
