Boonian

Savoury crumbles made from soy protein and gluten-free soy sauce. Reminiscent of minced meat in texture and flavour, with a deep umami note from yeast extracts and mushroom powder.

Soybeans

Small but powerful. Soybeans are an excellent plant-based protein source with a mildly nutty flavour and a pleasant bite.

Thai Paste

An aromatic spice paste made from garlic, paprika, chilli, coriander, cumin and cardamom, refined with ginger, lemongrass and lime leaves. It adds depth, freshness and a balanced heat to the dish.

IN THE PAN WITH LID (RECOMMENDED):

Cook with 1-2 tbsp of oil and 3-4 tbsp of water on high heat for 7-9 minutes. Stir regularly.
