The Art of Umami – Our New Creations
With our latest launch, we’re bringing you three new dishes that put the unmistakable taste of umami center stage. And to complement them: our brand-new every miso.

New Packaging, Same Trusted Flavor
For these new dishes, we’re using recyclable paper folding boxes. Why? Because the sauces are rich in umami flavor, with ingredients like soy sauce, ginger, mint, and lemongrass. These combinations make the folding box the only packaging option that works during production.
We know many of you love exactly this type of dish. That’s why it was important to us to capture this culinary style with our three new creations.
The boxes are fully recyclable and finished with a minimal plastic coating to ensure stability and food safety—so your meal arrives with the same freshness and quality you’re used to.

With these three new bowls, we’re bringing the full power of umami, plant-based variety, and natural fermentation straight to your table—this time in a folding paper box.
every miso – More Depth for Your Dishes
Alongside the new bowls comes a true highlight: every miso. Made from fermented barley and chickpeas, it develops its silky, mild flavor and light color through slow, traditional fermentation. The result: a paste that gives your dishes depth and refinement.
